Very enjoyable and informative day for our students. Great interaction between our students and the undergraduates/postgraduates not only regarding Chemistry but also on University life. Really worthwhile day.
All of our students gained from the laboratory visit. Whether they were successful in producing a product or not, the experiences and skills they acquired were valuable. Also, talking to Simon and the undergraduate, postgraduate and post-doctoral student demonstrators was a formative and useful experience for our young people, especially as they begin the UCAS process.
